Shipping policy

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing issue, please notify us within one week of delivery. Include your name, order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description so our team can assist promptly.

For verified damage, we offer either a replacement shipment or store credit. Refunds are not issued for damaged items. Claims submitted without photos cannot be processed.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the cost to reship will be billed to the customer. Each order may be reshipped once.
