Fragrance Expectations

Because each fragrance develops differently depending on your skin and environment, we encourage first time clients to begin with our Discovery Set. It offers an easy way to experience each chapter on your own skin, compare how they evolve throughout the day, and choose the scent that feels most true to you before committing to a full size.

Every Arlo Secour formula is crafted to evolve with the natural character of the wearer. Skin type, climate, lifestyle, and personal sensitivity all shape how a fragrance reveals itself. Some clients may find that over an extended time, they become less aware of the scent on themselves. This is the result of nose blindness, a normal response where the brain filters out familiar aromas even though the fragrance remains noticeable to those around them. This characteristic is especially common with concentrated parfum oils and extrait de parfum sprays.

To keep the scent experience fresh, it can help to rotate your application areas from day to day so your senses do not adjust to the same placement. Taking small breaks between applications is also useful, since revisiting the fragrance later allows your senses to reset and often makes the scent more noticeable again.

Return Eligibility

All fragrance items are final sale, as these products cannot be reshelved or returned to inventory once they leave our studio. For hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any delivered fragrance. This helps protect the quality of our formulations and ensures a safe experience for every client.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing concern, notify us within one week of delivery. Include your name, order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description so our team can assist promptly.

For verified damage, we offer either a replacement shipment or store credit. Refunds are not issued for damaged items. Claims submitted without photos cannot be processed.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the cost to reship will be billed to the customer. Each order may be reshipped once.
